Starting 8/1/2024, no spots will be reserved or held without deposit and a pricing quote does not hold availability on dates or accommodations. 1/3 of the total trip price is due for the initial booking deposit and the subsequent thirds are due in 30-days and 60-days after booking. Captain preferences are on a first-come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Sportsman’s Cove Lodge recognizes that unexpected emergencies or reservation interruptions can happen. We recommend that all guests secure travel insurance. Please send any notice of cancellation in writing to guestservices@sportsmanscovelodge.com. In the unfortunate case a client needs to cancel, new booking deposits are non-refundable, and we have the following cancellation policy. If a written cancellation notice is emailed more than 90-days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50 percent of the total amount due. If a written cancellation notice is emailed less than 90-days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100 percent of the total amount due.
