A delightful culinary experience awaits with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. From savory seafood dishes featuring the day’s catch to hearty Alaskan specialties, the lodge’s meals are sure to satisfy every palate.

Our Menu

Day One
Appetizer: Cheese and Charcuterie Grazing Table. Assortment of cheeses and cured meats with accoutrements.

Salad: Grilled Caesar Salad. Grilled romaine with house-made dressing, croutons, shaved parmesan cheese, and grilled lemon wheels.

Entree: Local salmon over mushroom risotto with roasted tomato coulis.

Day Two
Appetizer: Crostini Assortment. Baguette crostini with salmon rillettes, olive tapenade, and hummus spreads.

Soup: Mushroom Bisque.

Entree: Halibut Provençale – Local roasted halibut with a French sauce of tomatoes, olives, and capers, served with roasted baby potatoes and asparagus.

Day Three
Appetizer: Crab Cakes with Remoulade Sauce.

Salad: Chopped Salad – Romaine lettuce with garbanzo beans, Kalamata olives, salami, tomatoes, and house-made Italian dressing.

Entree: Cajun Seafood Boil – Shrimp and crab boiled with Cajun spices, baby potatoes, corn, and sausage served with a rich garlic butter sauce.

Day Four
Appetizer: Stuffed Mushrooms.

Soup: Roasted Tomato Bisque – Creamy tomato soup.

Entree: Surf and Turf – Steak/Wild Game (TBD) with Jumbo Shrimp, Béarnaise Sauce, Potato Purée, and Asparagus.
